| NPI Lead Engineer location is in Irving, TX No Remote option Description: NPI Engineer: we need one NPI Lead Engineer who can lead the complete NPI project and one who can assist with Test method validation and prototype building. Lead Engineer should have 6+ years experience and another role with 3+ years experience. Medical devices experience with good knowledge/hands-on experience in NPD, NPI, Process and Equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ). Bachelors degree in engineering discipline. Six to Eight (6-8) years minimum experience in engineering in a medical device environment preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment developing manufacturing standards. Proficient in project management, creating credibility within team members and expanding capabilities of the group. Experience or knowledge in short and long-term project management. Required occasionally to interact with surgeons and/or key opinion leaders on site or on location.
