The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and a proven track record of successfully leading payroll implementations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of Workday Payroll, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class payroll solution. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday Payroll configurations. Design and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Configure Workday Payroll to meet organizational requirements, including setting up earnings, deductions, taxes, and other payroll elements. Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure accurate payroll processing. Provide guidance and expertise to project team members and stakeholders on Workday Payroll best practices. Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new payroll system. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Payroll-related issues and inquiries during and after implementation. Regards!!
