Role : Business System Analyst with Oracle Cloud PLM Location RTP , NC Requires 10 - 12 years of information technology experience of which at least 6 - 8 years mainly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations domain. Strong business partnership with proven track record of successfully driving cross functional initiatives and projects. Good functional and technical knowledge of product development and product data hub in supply chain, integrating with cross functional modules and third-party integrations. Must have hands on experience working in Oracle Cloud PLM Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH) module. Ability to facilitate design discussions on product lifecycle and related orchestration processes (product creation, change process, maintenance, BOM creation etc.) Gather, analyze and document business requirements. Strong experience in design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions in Supply chain and manufacturing operations. Perform Data Migration activities by creating data extracts, data quality checks (de-duping, etc.), data profiling, data transformations and data loads. Identify, Design and develop various custom reports. Experience in performing various test activities including functional, SIT and UAT. Experience in production cutover activities and performing go live validations and providing production support. Support project team delivery efforts on Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) engagements. Interface with multiple project teams and 3rd parties including partners, contract manufacturers to manage / complete work in accordance with established budgets, timeframes, and quality standards. Experience with Agile PLM, Data Relationship Management DRM is a plus. Experience working in high tech industry with Contract Manufacturing, exposure to Configure-To-Order (CTO) products is preferred. Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical decision-making skills. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
