| Title: Jr. Drupal Backend Developer Location: REMOTE Length: 3-6 months No H1,CPT Start : ASAP Interview: Video Rate: 35-37$ hourly C2C As a Back-End Developer on our Drupal team, you will help provide custom Drupal implementations for our clients. In this position you will be responsible for taking projects through the entire lifecycle. You will tackle problems and resolve complex issues for our clients. Preferred Qualifications At least three (3) years of recent experience in Drupal backend development Deep knowledge of Drupal 9 and Drupal core APIs Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites Writing clean, maintainable code Experience in building Drupal sites using core and contributed Drupal modules as well as creating custom Drupal modules as needed Experience using the most common/popular Drupal contributed modules to Knowledge of HTML5, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript Experience integrating Drupal with external systems (REST, SOAP, etc) Experience using source control (git is preferred) Exceptional communication, problem solving, and time management skills Comfortable working in a remote environment Ability to work independently to get things done without being micromanaged Ability to work fast with attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment Engagement with the Drupal community through contribution and participation in events Nice-to-Haves Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue) Experience with Ajax and using REST APIs Familiarity with decoupled Drupal concepts Familiarity with Agile development practices and common Agile tools Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB) Experience with Acquia Cloud and/or Acquia Site Factory Have an Acquia Back-End Developer and/or Acquia product certifications Our Drupal Team is growing, and there is a great opportunity for you to grow with us!
