Experience in telecommunications industry is also a huge plus. General Summary of Position The OM Developer will work with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, as well as design, configure, test and support Salesforce/Vlocity Order Management for decomposing orchestrate fulfilling customer orders interacting with third-party systems (order management systems, billing systems, rating systems, provisioning system, invoice systems, portin systems, among others) in accordance with business requirements. Essential Job Functions Experience in complete SFDC/Vlocity OM functionalities with detailed understanding in configuration and development knowledge. Experience in Order handling and life cycle management, Order Decomposition relationships, Fulfillment request/Technical Order, Orchestration Plans, Orchestration Items, Technical Attributes, Model Technical products in accordance with the Product itself. Experience in system integrations using Middleware and TMF APIs Experience in Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omni scripts, ESM Experience in Manual Tasks, Autotasks, Milestones, fallouts, OM Loggers and monitoring Help in the troubleshooting on issues during the Order Management and knowledge in: In-flight Amendments Knowledge in OM Jobs and Purge Jobs to define cleanup policies for production environments. Knowledge in retry strategies and rollback during the real time order process. Lead workshops to provide best-practice for SFDC/ Vlocity EPC, CPQ and OM in accordance with system capabilities. Assist in activities to support migration to and integration with Salesforce/Vlocity OM Rich experience in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Architecture, Design and Development Provide train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to the customer. Conduct discovery meetings to define client future-state needs. Educate the Product Managers and Development Managers on SFDC/Vlocity OM setup and technical requirements. Support and Update Salesforce/Vlocity EPC/ OM regarding business requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) 3+ years designing, configuring, testing and supporting SaaS solutions focused on OM Comms Cloud Implementation experience with Salesforce/Vlocity OM/CPQ products Experience in BSS/OSS (especially CRM) implementations in the Telecommunications industry preferred (Seibel, Amdocs, Pega Systems, etc.) Good understanding of SDLC and general Agile and DevOps practices Functional and technical experience with Salesforce.com preferred. Experience with relational databases, SQL, ETL tools, etc Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. Ability to effectively transfer knowledge to customers and colleagues.
