Demonstrated skills in supervision, coaching, and team collaboration. Highly Desired/Preferred: Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mentor and lead the OPAL technical team, ensuring engagement and focus on OPAL ERP and DW/BI project goals. Background in accounting, finance, operations management, IT, business administration, statistics, data science, or related fields is preferred. Proven experience with ERP development, encompassing customizations, modifications, bolt-on, workflow, interface development, and data conversions. Team management experience is essential. Hands-on experience in implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions is highly preferred. A Masters degree in a related field is an added advantage.
