AWS Infra services, Automation using Ansible, Knowledge of OKTA and CyberArk Tier 1 Support Services includes: o Service desk 24x7x365 o Monitoring and responding to alerts from monitoring systems, tickets in ETMS. o Reporting. o Capacity planning. o Knowledge base management. o Service request management. o Incident management. o Maintenance management. o SOP based triage. o Communication coordination as required by Verizon. Tier 2 Support Services includes: o Availability management. o Cost optimization. o Event correlation. o Customer champions. o OS and platform support. o Management tools support. o Patches and vulnerability remediation. o Release management. o Customer deliverables. o Escalation support for Tier 1.
