| From: muddu Krishna, RITWIK Infotech, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Tech Lead TMS / WMS Location : Remote Experienced Engineering Tech Lead for our engineering team leading the technical implementation and optimization of Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) . The primary focus is to ensure WMS/TMS and its efficient operation and seamless integration with our overall supplychain/logistics ecosystem. Responsibilities: Lead TMS and WMS Initiatives, Project Management, Team Leadership & Mentoring , Stakeholder Collaboration, QA/Dev Ops driven process, Vendor Engagement & comms . Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for the WMS and TMS. Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Contribute to the development and improvement of the engineering team's processes and practices. Identify and implement technology solutions to optimize efficiency and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product) to ensure successful implementation and integration of the WMS and TMS. Mentor and coach other engineers on the team. Stay up-to-date on the latest WMS and TMS technologies and trends. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new WMS and TMS technologies. Contribute to the development of the engineering team's roadmap. Good analytical skills to analyze WMS / TMS applications for technical issues . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and engineering. Proven experience with WMS and TMS systems. Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms preferred. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven experience leading and mentoring others.
