Weve been dealing with some process issues and turnover that has led to a significant backlog in our invoice processing. This is partially due to a team that is not overly familiar with SAP, but also not fully aware of the upstream process. We are looking for someone that can first assist with invoice processing issues and then use what they discover during that initial phase to help with some overall process improvements This resource will be working closely with our Business Process Owner, with some oversight by my IT team. This will require a senior level resource who is comfortable (and very patient) in working with our A/P team, but also independent in providing process leadership when we look to review and optimize processes going forward.
