R skills a plus Detailed Job Description: Consultant will join an experienced, business-facing team and work in a collaborative, and results-oriented environment. With a deep understanding of Pharma R&D Project and Portfolio Management and excellent knowledge of Planisware functionality, as a Planisware expert you will play a key role in upgrading and simplifying the R&D Portfolio Management System, by implementing Planisware and R&D Project Management standard methodologies. Based on the business process and data experts needs, you will prototype, design, configure and develop the R&D Portfolio Planning system along with the team and demonstrate your expertise in Planisware technology. You are responsible for maintaining the R&D Portfolio Planning System data model, improving, and reducing customizations and supporting the upgrade, analysis, and migration into SaaS. You will also be responsible for refining and updating user documentation of system configurations.. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, modify and support Planisware based applications. Work collaboratively with offshore/onshore based development team Leverage best practices, disciplined approaches, and standards to solving technical problems. Perform ongoing monitoring, debugging, optimization, and refinement. Collaborate and work with cross functional IT teams Technical Experience Demonstrate a learning mentality, and a track record of continuously building R&D domain knowledge and relevant technical skills.
