Working knowledge of iCertis product is needed. Responsibilities: 7+ years of Business Analyst knowledge 4+ years of working in CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management). Should have worked / knowledge in iCertis product. Support Sustaining Operations in Production (CLM System/s and CLM Reporting) Review end-to-end functionality for CLM. Manage end to end delivery of CLM Implementation and Support. Enhancements required to support sales and general requirements. Become a trusted Subject Matter Expert of the CLM Interact with Vendor Support and technical team on product issue resolution. CLM product Integration with internal systems. Collaborate across many participating teams as needed.
