This contract-to-hire position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time flex/remote consultants. The ideal candidates will have the required skills listed below and will be eligible and open to being hired by our client at the end of the project's duration. This position works alongside an existing team and leverages enterprise-level technologies and processes. Requirements: 7+ years of experience working with Java (1.8 or higher), using frameworks like Spring Boot + Spring Data. Experience with Azure cloud and RESTFUL services development. Experience working with relational or non-relational databases along with ORM frameworks to connect with them (like Spring Data and datastax). 5+ years of successful and applicable hands-on experience in software or infrastructure development domain and principles, including design patterns and code structure 5+ years of a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-quality systems Experience partnering with others to solve problems efficiently. Proven ability to think and contribute at the strategic level Demonstrated written, oral and presentation/public speaking communication skills Understanding of network and security architecture Hands-on working with devbox tools like pipelines, container orchestration Typical Duties: Develop a high-quality codebase, lead design discussions, execute development against design, and navigate complex codebase Lead the development implementation of technology strategy within a defined set of teams.
