Position: Workday Program manager

Location:
Princeton, NJ (Day 1 Onsite)

Visa status: Strictly

Dont share F1, OPT, OPT EAD, L2 EAD and H4 EAD work permit

Profiles

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of the Workday migration project, ensuring all deliverables are met within the stipulated timeline and budget

Oversee and motivate a large and geographically dispersed project team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to drive project success

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the division to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert recommendations on Workday configurations and best practices.

Apply project management best practices to plan, track, and report on work and to bring execution discipline to all workstreams.

Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, data privacy, and security policies throughout the migration process

Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient and comfortable with the new Workday instance

Must be available to work during U.S. late afternoons and early evenings to accommodate calls with Australia business unit

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a related field; MBA a plus

10+ years IT project management experience

PMP certification highly desirable

Proven track record leading multiple start-to-finish Workday implementations or migrations is required. Implementation experience as employee of Workday or with a Workday service partner is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Workday HCM required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in change management and developing employee training

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

High level of self-motivation and initiative, with a commitment to delivering excellence

Demonstrated track record of contributing both strategically and tactically at a consistently high level
