Position Type: Contract Requirement: We are looking for ACBS Servicing experience - Must Have We are also looking for strong research skills someone who is willing to dig in to come up with an answer on their own. The right candidate will have been an application subject matter expert the Go To person for an application. We expect this person to be able to interface with the business stakeholders, other IT Teams and our software vendor. Business Analyst Bachelors degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 5+ years of engineering or other IT work experience relevant to the position. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment. Understanding and experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies. Understanding of IT security best practices. Expertise in one or more technical and/or functional domains relevant to the position. Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions. Specific Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills. Results driven, attention to detail, ability to work independently. Experience creating and executing Test Scripts Experience documenting and gathering requirements. Ability to facilitate across multiple teams including Third Party Vendors, Business Partners, and various Technology teams. Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools Nice to Have Knowledge of test automation tools and processes is a plus.
