Local candidates are needed as you'd need to come onsite occasionally. You will be responsible for managing a technical team for the ERP and DW/BI project. The teams focus areas include implementation of all technical aspects of the ERP project including BI and third-party applications ERP Technical Manager - job responsibilities include: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP and DW/BI technical team. Provide leadership and guidance during the implementation in the technical areas for ERP, BI and 3rd party bolt-on applications. Mentor and grow the technical team while keeping them engaged and focused on the DW/BI project goals. Help create a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members are encouraged to ask questions and work in the open. Oversee the timely completion of deliverables required by the project work plan. Oversee the overall design, testing and deployment of the technical areas of the ERP and DW/BI Project. Skilled in unblocking roadblocks for team members from technical issues. Select, validate, and document each relevant new release integration and reporting technology. Prepare for and test each new release integration and reporting technology to validate the technology satisfies the revised technical requirements. Support and maintain the production systems. Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC). Required experience includes: 7-10 years of professional experience managing technical teams in the areas of ERP, DW and BI. Experience with ERP development, including customizations, modifications, bolt-on, workflow, interface development, and data conversions; Experience with implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions. Experience or education in accounting, finance, operations management, IT, business administration, statistics, data science or related fields preferred.
