Role - Product Manager (Customer Success manager)

Location Milpitas, CA (Onsite)

Define Strategy and Roadmap for IAM solution implementation and adoption with customers.
Hand-hold clients in adoption to newer technologies or migration initiatives
Strong hands-on experience in technical implementation, take ownership for business metrics and product KPIs and play a pivotal role in bringing all stakeholders on board
10+ years of experience into Product Management in the development and/or implementation of IAM solutions, Familiarity with solutions like Duo, Okta and Sailpoint.
Experience working with clients and application owners for migrating or adopting new platforms and technologies.
Server as primary point of contact for customers.
Monitor and identify product utilization trends, work with development team for continuous product improvement and support customer requirements.
Proven experience working within agile/scrum delivery teams.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Experience collaborating with third-party vendors/providers.
Familiarity with compliance and security process implementation.
