Job Title- Sr. Business Systems Analyst w/ NAIC / ISO claims coding exp Location: Remote (EST) Type: : long Term Contract Technical Skills: (Primary) - Must have NAIC / ISO claims coding experience. - Unit stat, statutory reporting, or policy coding experience is a plus. o Note: The person in this role will have to be an IT advisor to the unit stat, finance, and claims users on data issues so they will need a deep understanding of these areas - Experience in claims loss reporting across multiple lines (AUTO, GL, WC, Inland Marine, product liability, etc.). - Must have Ability to modify SQL queries from developers to review data - Must have strong excel capabilities for data manipulation & reporting Customer service & leadership - Answer day to day questions from business users (unit stat, claims, finance) on questions or issues - Clarify & direct development team on their day to day questions for stories and support items - Proactively analyze data for issues and process improvements in TPA data based on roadmap & patterns of issues - Collaborate with product manager to write stories for developers - Explain data issues to business stakeholders & the plans on how to correct such issues in terms they can understand - To do a significant amount of data review & research of TPA data, applying their experience, and suggesting process improvements, data mapping changes, and one-off data corrections Your sincerely , Ajay Sharma | Sr. Technical Recruiter.
