Ten years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff. Ten years of experience with facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams. Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation. Ten years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation. Ten years of experience with the use of MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Smartsheet and Jira. Ten years of experience developing project plans. Ten years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team. Ten years of experience tracking work tasks and maintaining project schedules (including work breakdown structures). Ten years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking. Ten years of experience with delivering projects as per agreed schedule, as per the current technical specification (within scope), and within the approved budget.Preferred Qualifications Seven years leading data or system modernization projects in a state government domain/agency. Three years of experience working with health Information Technology systems. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Three years of experience with Medicaid Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
