The role is probably 80% Lead and Client Engagement, and 20% hands-on Integration. This resource MUST be able to roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed. Below is the description provided by the project. General Skills Professional who is more of a clear lead along with strong experience in the Workday integrations space. Our client needs confidence that the resource can both drive daily calls keeping issues logged, organized, and updated. Consult with the business to validate priorities and timing. Coordinate with the other developers to determine who is working on what. Be the one who can jump into any issue and resolve it themselves as well. Workday Certification is not required, but is a plus. Technical Skills 1. Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools as some hands-on work may be needed. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide solutions. 3. Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution. 4. Participate with internal and external support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and failures. 5. Develop and maintain integration documentation and processes. 6. Manage integrations through the entire development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance. 7.
