Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of ERP and DW/BI technical team. Provide leadership and guidance for ERP, BI, and 3rd party applications. Mentor and develop technical team members, ensuring alignment with project goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Oversee design, testing, and deployment of ERP and DW/BI technical aspects. Resolve technical roadblocks for team members. Select, validate, and document new release integrations and technologies. Support and maintain production systems. Familiarity with SDLC and PMLC. Required Experience: 7-10 years of technical team management experience in ERP, DW, and BI. ERP development experience including customizations, modifications, and data conversions. Experience in ERP and/or DW/BI implementation.
