Topics can include early-stage exploration, customer satisfaction/NPS, concept testing, product and feature prioritization, usability, and more Work with product managers, UX designers, and marketing to develop research projects to drive business for existing products and identify opportunities for new product development and go-to-market strategy Own site usage analytics across all platforms Translate research findings into concise, actionable insights that product and design can begin working on immediately Advocate for voice of the consumer in product and design planning and brainstorming sessions Basic Qualifications 5-10 years experience in a market research role (quantitative, qualitative or ideally mixed methods experience) Hands-on experience conducting market research, e.g., writing and programming surveys, analyzing data, conducting focus groups/IDIs/UX research.
