Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics , Grafana, Premetheus Good experience in AutoSys / batch / control- M or any scheduling mechanism. Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable) Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
