Job Title: Senior IT Product Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager (TPM) who thinks strategically, works pragmatically in a dynamic environment, values and enjoys delivering engineering solutions across a matrix of partner teams. In this role, you will identify critical business challenges and opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and consumption using Azure, and then build engineering products and solutions as part of core Azure engineering team. You will own products and solutions end-to-end, and will be responsible for vision, feature requirements, user experience, user trainings, documentation, product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the product roadmap for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for IT products and features.

Work closely with development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Lead the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT products and initiatives.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered according to business value and customer needs.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating them into IT product strategy and roadmap.

Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of IT projects, including risks and mitigation plans.

Define and drive delivery of product/engineering solutions to improve Azure Customer Experience

Drive semester and sprint planning to build roadmap of product/features and successful deliver of features

Define and measure product feature success metrics to drive features with business value

Effectively communicate product plans and status through reports and news letters

Provide documentation and training material and evangelize products and services to customers

Drive strategic decisions and execution to help build engineering solutions to improve customer experience

Contribute to architectural discussions to drive right technologies and solutions build products

Explore existing solutions within the company, and establish partnerships to leverage those solutions to add value to Cloud customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product delivery.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified) is a plus.
