| Job Title: .NET Lead Developer Job Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) - Locals Only for now Job Type: Contract Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. Design and develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Implement and maintain scalable, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. Utilize .NET, C#, and other back-end technologies to build robust and efficient server-side components. Conduct UI/UX research and incorporate user feedback to enhance overall design and functionality. Ensure the seamless integration of UI elements with back-end logic. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a consistent and visually appealing user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues, ensuring optimal performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer with a focus on UI/UX. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Extensive experience with back-end technologies, including .NET, C#, and database systems. UI/UX design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and user experience. Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
