Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey appropriate information for multiple audiences. The individual just needs to have basic understanding of systems integrations. Must have experience with Salesforce, connecting it to NetSuite, and potentially having 2 other systems to add in. Good interpersonal and organizational skills A team player with proactive and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work under tight deadlines, using time efficiently to complete projects on schedule Responsibilities Responsibilities include systems integrations. Connecting Salesforce to NetSuite, and potentially having 2 other systems to add in. Preparing, reviewing and maintaining documentation and participating in cross-departmental status meetings with relevant stakeholders to track grants from set-up to execution to final reports Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions Assisting with maintaining a Salesforce database Providing support for the grant operations manager and team such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, scheduling meetings, etc Thanks & Regards..
