Reporting Requirements will be delivered in SAP Hana Sidecar. You will be responsible for creating business use cases for valiadtion of Hana Analytics based Reports and Dashboards. Skills and Experience should include SAP FICA, SAP SD, and SAP S4HANA. Experience in handling SAP Finance, Treasury, FSCM would be an added advantage. Hands on experience in writing SQL Queries for data validations and reports validations is a must. Experience in working with JIRA, Confluence/Altassian Wiki pages, writing Functional Product Requirement Documents, Test Scenrios, Basic Pwoer BI or Tableaue Reports will be an added advantange Position: 2 Role: SAP Program Manager Duration: Contract role Location: San Jose, CA JD: 1. Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) 2. Experience managing projects from coordinating requirements gathering and design, coordinating development efforts across multiple Scrum Teams, preparations and oversight execution of End to End Testing, go live preparations and transition to support activities 3. Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks 4. Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects 5. Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots 6. Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders 7. Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint 8. Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall 9. Scrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if required 10. Experience managing software development programs, 2 is a plus 11. Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management 12. Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Position: 3 Role: SAP SD Consultant Duration: Contract role Location: San Jose, CA JD: SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) At least 5- 7 years of practical experience in SAP SD and FICO module. At least one full-cycle implementation experience on S/4 HANA in a large organization, and experience developing custom Fiori reports. Experience supporting analytics and data domains in Sales and finance processes, quarter-end and year-end financial close. Good understanding of Subscription business models and the importance of customer journey touch points for delivering intelligent insights for measuring conversion and retention. Experience working on data warehousing platforms (SQL, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Ability to understand strategy, goals and processes in Finance domain, translate them into business requirements, functional/system specifications. Keeps commitments and completes assignments on time. Communicates clearly and shares information with teammates. Position: 4 Role: SAP ABAP Consultant with RAR Duration: Contract role Location: Dallas TX Must have skills Experience with S/4 HANA systems will be preferred. Experience with SAP RAR & OCM will be preferred. Develop and enhance highly performant ABAP code & services in the SAP ECC & S/4 HANA systems. Migrate programs from ECC to S4 HANA systems & develop new CDS views as needed. Experience in S/4HANA implementation, knowledge of S/4 HANA architecture design & data model changes. Experience in WRICEFs development in S/4 environment ( AR, AP, Treasury - FICO Modules ) Proficiency in Fiori, CDS Views, OData, SAPUI5, BRF+, BADIs and User exits Work with the Functional consultants to understand functional specifications Prepare Technical Specifications for scalable and secure applications Develop reusable ABAP Objects and flexible technical frameworks/architecture for future projects Unit testing for custom codes Trouble shoot, Performance Tuning, optimizations and de-bugging existing programs Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and business system analysts to ensure that new solutions are programmed & delivered within a consistent framework Work effectively and independently on assigned projects Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Communicate effectively with architects with an open-source orientation Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with architectural, functional, system administrators, quality assurance team members Develop quality code and its associated documentation adhering to team development standards.
