This role will be responsible for developing and executing events that support T-Mobile's brand, business, and communication objectives. The role will work cross functionally with multiple internal departments, properties, agencies, and senior-level leadership. Engage in strategic planning sessions to align upcoming events with overall business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct meetings with internal departments to discuss event integration. Collaborate with external agencies on creative development and execution strategies. Communicate with senior-level leadership to provide updates and seek input. Creative Development: Work on ideation and development of creative concepts for upcoming events. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual elements align with brand identity. Review and refine event content to resonate with target audiences. Execution Oversight: Monitor the execution of ongoing events, addressing any issues or challenges. Coordinate logistics and ensure all aspects of events are running smoothly. Conduct site visits or virtual checks to verify event setup and participant experience. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on ongoing and upcoming events. Communicate with internal teams to share event details and gather necessary resources. Prepare and deliver post-event reports, including key performance indicators and insights. Lead Generation Focus: Review and optimize lead capture mechanisms for current and upcoming events. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead follow-up processes. Budget Management: Review and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Explore opportunities for optimizing resources without compromising quality. Preferred background/prior work experience Event Marketing Experience: Proven track record in planning and executing successful events. Familiarity with various event types, including internal and external initiatives. Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement lead generation strategies within the context of events. Experience integrating lead capture mechanisms and follow-up processes to convert event participation into tangible business leads. Cross-Functional and Agency Collaboration: Previous roles involving collaboration with multiple internal departments. Experience working with external agencies for creative development and execution. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or related sectors. Metrics-Driven Experience: Track record of utilizing data and analytics for event performance measurement. Experience implementing improvements based on data-driven insights. Project Management: Strong project management skills for handling multiple aspects of event planning.
