Location: St. Louis, MO (1st preference Onsite but can be flexible)

Job Description:

As a Seygen Order Management Specialist, resources will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing and fulfilment using Seygen Order Management software. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery, while maintaining accuracy and meeting customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Order Processing: Efficiently process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.

Order Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders promptly, minimizing backorders and stockouts.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of order transactions, generate reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and inventory levels as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize order management processes, leveraging Seygen Order Management software capabilities and best practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and coordination in order fulfillment efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in order management, customer service, or related roles.

Familiarity with Seygen Order Management software or similar order management systems preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Experience in inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
