| Job Title : Citrix Engineer Visa: No H1B, OPT MOI: Skype Rate: $50/hr c2c Location: Omaha, NE (Remote start ) Job details : Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, developing, managing, and deploying tools around the globe. This position requires technical experience combined with practical hands-on experience. Support Citrix Environment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Citrix infrastructure, including issues related to performance, connectivity, and user experience. Develop and maintain documentation related to Citrix infrastructure, including system design, configuration, and support procedures. Provide support and training to end-users and other IT staff regarding Citrix infrastructure. Monitor and report on performance and availability of Citrix infrastructure. Develop security tools, infrastructures, and make recommendations on systems enhancements for optimization. Work well with in a global team. Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and adjust equipment. Monitor and analyze statistical and drive test data to improve system performance Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of working experience with remote access technologies (VPN, private access, etc.) Working knowledge of Citrix platforms, Machine Creation Services, DaaS, PVS, provisioning services, group policy management, etc. Self-motivated to identify issues and resolve independently. Ability to manage vendor partners and escalations. Ability to work well with internal and external teams. Python and PowerShell scripting are a plus.
