Remote: No JD: - Required to have minimum 7+ years of operational support and development experience. Must have experience in programming languages, such as Python, Go, or Java, for developing automation tools, scripts, and services. Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in hardware, software, and networking, experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet, and the ability to design and implement automation solutions. Should be familiar with monitoring tools and platforms, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Google Stackdriver, including setting up custom alerts and dashboards to track system health and performance.
