| Citrix Engineer Location: Omaha, NE. the role is primarily remote, but would like someone within driving distance for occasional on-sites Visa: NO H1B & CPT Interview: Skype Duration: 6 month Contract Required skills: Minimum of 3 years of working experience with remote access technologies (VPN, private access, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Citrix infrastructure, including issues related to performance, connectivity, and user experience. Develop and maintain documentation related to Citrix infrastructure, including system design, configuration, and support procedures Working knowledge of Citrix platforms, Machine Creation Services, DaaS, PVS, provisioning services, group policy management, etc. Self-motivated to identify issues and resolve independently. Ability to manage vendor partners and escalations. Ability to work well with internal and external teams. Python and PowerShell scripting are a plus.
