You will work with development, deployment, and production areas of business to craft new solutions. Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. Required Skills: 1. Support experience 2. Ecommerce knowledge 3. Commerce tools experience Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to Customer using knowledge on Ecommerce. Identify and resolve Support L2 issues. Work with stakeholders to ensure that changes/fixes are completed on time and within budget. Mentor junior-level support analysts. Keep up to date with the latest technologies. Manage Support SLAs and customer expectations related to L2 application support. Help in updating and maintaining the SOP documentation.
