This role involves close collaboration with our software development teams, responsible for the creation and maintenance of our technical applications. Responsibilities: Project Scope Documentation: Clearly define and document project scopes to ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements Identification and Refinement: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and refine project requirements. Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project status and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Producing Project Artifacts: Develop and maintain project artifacts to support project delivery and governance. Project Roadmap Management: Manage the project roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines. Coordination with Development Teams: Collaborate with development teams to allocate resources effectively. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including scope and timeline adjustments. Communication Plan Execution: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. System Testing and UAT Support: Assist with system testing and support user acceptance testing activities. Release Management Support: Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment of new system capabilities. Solid Communication and Presentation Skills: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present complex information clearly and concisely. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst: Proven track record in business analysis within a technical environment. General Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and understanding of software engineering principles and database design. Superb Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify problems and recommend effective solutions. Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts and technologies. Sense of Ownership: Demonstrated sense of ownership and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. Influence and Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and negotiate within a matrix organization. Team Player with Independence: Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
