Develops the Product Roadmap of Feature and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with business strategic plans and coordinates with product management to develop specifications and User Stories that satisfy Business Requirements and align with the business value. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces Determines appropriate products or capabilities required, implements product, and develops any necessary modifications to product in order to satisfy client needs Develop & modify SQL scripts to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Develop postman collection for new APIs, create open API specifications and be able to validate APIs. Ability to perform log analysis and data analysis to identify production issues Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design Responsible for release and sprint planning Responsible for writing acceptance criteria and providing story acceptance Collaborates with CX UX to ensure design standards and standard methodologies are utilized and create wireframes for product development Works with business analysts to ensure that business objectives are understood and reflected in the features and user stories to be developed Creates specifications and designs for new or existing software products that improves or enhances the existing product offerings for revenue producing customers Actively participates in root cause analysis and problem resolution Identify risks and dedicatedly minimize the impact(s) Active role in system incident management and ChangeProcess |
