The client wants someone who has actually led teams of Data Analysts in their history, not just someone with a title of lead. Client is not looking for folks outside of the Data Analyst realm for this one no Data Engineers or folks of other titles. Make sure were getting folks who are Data Analysts, and that their resumes reflect as such. Skillset (I do not have a formal JD for this one, as notes come straight from their hiring manager): Need strong SQL skillset, strong experience with Mongo, python scripting, and Jira experience.
