Coordinate with engineering leadership, customer support, and other teams to define and prioritize projects that help us meet business objectives. Ensure compliance with GitHub software development best practices and industry standards. Required qualifications. 6+ years experience writing production grade Rails, especially along with React. Experience designing, building, scaling and maintaining distributed systems. Experience in testing, production system monitoring, and observability. Preferred qualifications Strong customer focus and data driven approach. Track record of strong analytical skills as well as communication skills both verbal and written Passionate about fostering good engineering practices and processes.
