Job Title Product Manager Visa No H1B Location Remote Client: Crown Castle Key modules: Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead the process for discovering business strategy needs, end user needs and dependencies of multiple products in the eco system to build product strategy and product roadmap Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, development team and project managers to define Minimum Viable Product Responsible to breakdown product strategy and roadmap into Epics, Capabilities and Features Own the process of coordinating with business and delivery team to prioritize Capabilities and Features with goal to define MVP and stretch goals for the Product Negotiates with customer representatives, stakeholders, product owners and delivery team to prioritize work in backlog and maximize the value team delivers Lead the process of defining KPIs, measures and metrics for the Product to evaluate the Product health Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating the product vision, strategy and roadmap to Vice President and Director level partners and key stakeholders Works with business and end users to define the business value and uses this definition as one of the criteria to assess each feature Work with Product Owners and Scrum Master in maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog of sufficient length to support the teams velocity Responsible for making sure that the team understands the context of the stories in backlog and team has adequate information to deliver the stories Create an environment of continuous improvement by using data to answer questions Bring in the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, scrum, kanban, and other agile thinking Education/Certifications Bachelors degree Certified SAFe Agilist strongly preferred Experience/Minimum Requirements At least 10 years of experience in software, technology, program management and program implementation At least 5 years of experience in product management using agile framework Experience with agile approaches and concepts including Scrum, Kanban, XP or equivalent. Skills and Qualifications Track record of leading through influence and successfully deploying products that involve multiple cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple priorities of significant scope in a fast-paced environment. Practical experience creating and communicating product visions Proven ability to translate a product vision into an action Can demonstrate techniques for quickly and effectively understanding a client domain and product Demonstrated experience in helping stakeholders identify business value/objectives and using this to prioritize work Demonstrate ability to effectively negotiate between competing stakeholders to ensure highest value objectives are met Demonstrate an understanding of 'Personas' and how to identify users and create personas to represent them Experience working in multiple Agile environments as a Product Manager Experience creating and using delivery metrics, predictability, and forecasting; given appropriate data, can create (and draw conclusions from) a forecast and communicate that information to stakeholders with progress updates and metrics Experience in both agile and lean software development values and principles Demonstrate how to conduct EPIC, Capabilities and Feature mapping sessions to create a product backlog Has experience in healthy conflict resolution and finding the best solutions to address issues and work effectively through disagreements -- Keywords: information technology |
