References. A list of clients, to include contact persons for whom the firm or individual has recently provided services similar in nature to the services identified in this RFP. Provide the client name; nature of project; and client project manager name, e-mail address and telephone number. Required Skills Educational Qualifications Have been in the business of providing Accounting, Budgeting, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, Contracts, Grant, Property Management Systems and Project Management consulting regarding Oracle EBS or related programs for a minimum of five (5) years. 1. Expectations of performance and Deliverables (the Work) A. Provide a review of the Departments current Oracle EBS System(s). B. Issue a report on City's current System and interfaces. The report must include a list of System interfaces, details about the current infrastructure and technical environment, a list of System users by role, and a plan for testing, acceptance of the System by users, and training (Report). C. Draft a proposed scope of work detailing the Consultants intent, term, responsibilities, and System requirements (Scope of Work) to be reviewed with City representatives. Any such Scope of Work will be subject to approval by the City Project Manager (as later defined, herein). D. The City, with guidance from the Consultant, will then publish a Request for Proposal for a replacement System. E. Assist the City in evaluating responses to the RFP by providing feedback detailing whether the responses satisfy the System requirements. Keywords: Florida |
