In-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in a business environment and industry trends. Familiarity with BBP collateral for requirements management Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and construction of SQL queries Excellent analytic skills to examine and analyze critical and complex business and data management practices used by customers. Ability to consult with customers and assist them in defining their needs based on product and industry knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. General understanding of project management, to ensure primary responsibilities are completed within accepted standards and templates (e.g. Change Management, Issue Management). Highly developed communication skills for demonstrations, presentations, consulting with clients and influencing others.
