As an Oracle Fusion Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion applications to meet the needs of our organization. This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote and onsite work in Houston. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion applications, including customizations and extensions, to meet business requirements. Integration: Develop interfaces and integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and other systems using technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, or RESTful APIs. Customization: Customize Oracle Fusion applications using tools such as Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Visual Builder, or Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit). Data Migration: Develop and execute data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance issues in Oracle Fusion applications by optimizing SQL queries, tuning application configurations, and implementing caching mechanisms. Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion applications. Manage application deployments and releases in development, testing, and production environments. Documentation: Document technical designs, development activities, and configuration changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain compliance with organizational standards. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion application development. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Visual Builder. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, data model, and development best practices. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, SCM, or other Fusion modules is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle database technologies and SQL programming. Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
