Should be able to configure CX, no coding involved. Should have very clear communication because will be facing business stakeholders and teams from vendor partner (PWC). Title: Oracle CX SME, CX Analyst / Administrator Location of Candidate: anywhere in U.S. except Colorado and California Remote with up to 40%- 50% Travel across US and Canada in 2024 and 2025 Client Industry: Industrial Equipment Direct Hire with bonus and benefits or Contract-to-Hire Travel Expenses covered H1B Visa Transfer Serves as a subject matter expert for Oracle CX Responsible for managing and supporting all functional and technical aspects of this CX module. Support and maintain all Oracle CX Migration & Integration needs and related eCommerce applications. Configure CX, write functional specs, provide production support, write and execute test plans. Responsible for supporting related solutions such as Documoto and Five9. SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, implementing Oracle CX 2+ years experience in large multi-site implementation projects The position should have basic project management skills, coordinating activities with vendors and other internal and project teams. Experience with day-to-day production support and system performance monitoring Ability to travel some Understanding of Oracle CX underlying data Ability to create and document process flows Experience working oracle service requests Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks and set priorities Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel up to 40-50% in 2024 and half of 2025. Later should be able to travel up to 10% internationally to South America (Brazil), Africa, EU, India, Australia.
