Works closely with SAP to create a compelling SAP Business Plan for license and services revenue Regularly communicate with partner alliance management counterparts and other key partner stakeholders as needed, including ad hoc communications/events that require cross-functional communication Build strong and sustainable strategic relationships within partner sales teams, sales management, and executives. Lead the development and execution of GTM activities including field events as the primary contact for SAP relationships Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders at your assigned partners to ensure that all parties are satisfied with progress and deliver on business outcomes of the partnership. Coordinate a win-win partnering approach where leads and opportunities go both ways. Work with local market leaders to co-create a strategic partner road map, including focused partnerships, account mappings, sales/revenue goals, marketing/event plans and local marker enablement strategy Help identify opportunities to leverage partner funding and work with local market leaders to apply funds ================================= Role - Generative AI Practice Leader (Independent Visa Only) Location - Houston, TX Relevant Experience 14-18 years At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with building language models, machine learning and AI models leveraging industry tools, products, and / or Azure cognitive services. Deep and hands-on expertise in (as an individual contributor) Undertaking data collection, Data mining, preprocessing and analysis of structured and unstructured data. Hands-on expertise in large language models (LLMs/LSTMs/BERT) that can perform complex reasoning in few- and zero-shot settings by generating intermediate chain of thought (CoT) reasoning steps. Experience of building / customizing and fine-tuning AI models including LLM models via OpenAI (Azure), Bert (AWS) for rapid PoCs Experience on LLM Model Governance, LLMSecOps, Hallucination and bias handling Deep and hands-on experience in applying machine learning algorithms. Strong data science and data engineering background both with open source and cloud distributed machines learning and AI tools especially Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning and AWS Sagemaker and Bedrocks Strong understanding of Azure cloud technology including Cognitive Services viz. Vision, Speech, Language, Decision, Search and GenAI and its implementation Proven experience with, and applied knowledge of, at least one scripting language, such as Python, or R ===================================== Role - Java Architect with Cassandra & PCF Experience (Independent Visa Only) Location - Remote 12 to 15 years of experience in Java, core java and advance java concepts and technologies. Software development experience. Hands on experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies Experience in React JS/Angular JS is Nice to have. Experience on Cassandra would be added advantage. Hands on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment and application development in cloud environment. Hands on experience in Kafka Connect and Kafka messaging event streams. Must have experience in Java (Spring Boot). No SQL DB for eg: Cassandra. MongoDB and a solid understanding of when to use what. Expertise in OpenShift Kubernetes. Expertise in non-relational document database. Experience in managing complete software development process from conception to deployment. Solid understanding of Agile methodology, estimation techniques and key ceremonies for effective management/collaboration. Strong communication skills and participates actively in discussions with business customers, architects, and the team members. Knowledge about AWS. Possess optimal knowledge for concepts and frameworks for Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architectures. Candidate is capable of creating and tuning Semantic layer Reporting Views. Able to facilitate data discovery sessions, which will include an audience of business subject-matter experts. Proven knowledge of RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2), with experience in generating DDL.
