Required skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, and common associated add-ins/extensions. Required 5 Years Experience developing low-code applications using WebAppBuilder and Experience Builder Required 3 Years Data development in RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle), JSON, XML, web services Required 3 Years Administration and management of GIS web platforms: ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal and ArcGIS Online. Required 3 Years ArcGIS Web development skills using ESRI Java Script API 3.X and 4.X, and/or ArcGIS SDK for .NET Required 2 Years Experience developing in Python 2.X and Python 3.X for GIS ETL, with ArcPy experience desired.
