This will be working in the Eastern Time Zone. This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions. You will also develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Responsible for creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products. Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Experience with public websites and authenticated member experiences. Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and structure. Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using Userzoom or similar tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions. Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Figma including auto layout is a plus.
