Job Title : Scrum Master with IT Projects Location : East Coast (Day 1 Onsite) Experience: 12+ Years Duration : Long Term Contract LinkedIn & Passport No is Mandatory Description Act as scrum master for several scrum teams within the R&D organization driving backlog prioritization, sprint planning, retrospective and demos with the stakeholders Communicate and align with department leaders and stakeholders on project, sprint plans, product roadmap, status, change requests, issues and risks Follows standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Identify project management process improvement opportunities, incorporating lessons learned into future projects/sprints. Maintain scope change recognizing issues and risks and/or requests from key stakeholders Hosts all scrum ceremonies and Coaches team members on scrum best practice Remove roadblocks throughout the sprint cycle Required Skills (Technical Competency): Strong experience as a scrum master delivering software projects 5 years (preferred) of experience in managing Software or IT related projects and must demonstrate a leadership role in at least two or three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
