Location : Charlotte, NC - Client site, 5 days No Remote Contract : 12 months Rate : Open / hr Job description: Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion ORC Functional Lead and related areas, Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application ) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in ORC for Global Company across Multiple Geographies Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Expertise in Global Templates, Postings, Offers and Pre-Boarding / On Boarding is required. Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing. Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing ORC. Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learn and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills. Required Skills Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application ) Prepare the User Guides. Provide the Support for HR Key Users. Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department. Nice to Have Skills Active Certification in ORC will be desired Qualifications: Oracle Fusion ORC Functional Lead with an experience of 8+ years.
