Our ad says must live in WI today, but we would also consider places like Rockford, IL or Dubuque, IA. Responsibilities: Responsible for the enterprise management platform, supporting ITSM processes and business services management practices Work on baseline and custom applications on the platform including architect, design, configuration, development, troubleshooting, and implementation Maintain core IT service management processes Administer service management systems and tools Liaise with service owners to understand and process requirements, design system specifications, and conduct gap analysis Development on ServiceNow Event Management and Configuration Management platforms Create reports, run analytics, and provide system-driven metrics Mentor and lead ITSM team Required Skills: ServiceNow experience as an administrator or developer Experience supporting and maintaining ITSM platforms and processes and implementing ITSM practices Development experience (to help with technical gaps) on the ServiceNow platform 4+ years of experience supporting complex IT service management use cases/processes and implementing service management practices ITIL Foundation certification(s) strongly desired Certifications in ServiceNow, Lean Six Sigma, or project management preferred Desired Skills: Experience working with an agile/scrum methodology Experience working in the health insurance industry helpful Ayush Kumar | IstaffX LLC.
