Minimum Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a Print and/or Digital production role Experience in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment With the ability to multitask with tight deadlines, embrace ambiguity and change, and maintain composure under pressure Experience with mainstream lnDesign desktop publishing programs, Adobe programs (XD, Experience Manager, Illustrator, Audition, Lightroom, Animate, etc.), SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, and Keynote Effective Skill in PC and Internet/Web-based technologies such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and PHP, Web Content management software, editing and authoring tools and development languages Basic knowledge of marketing communication principles in designing Web Pages Effective skill in using HTML, scripting languages and related software applications Experience preparing final files for digital and print production. Experience with Social Media production and best practices. Experience with Digital Accessibility Effective skill in MAC and PC Web design applications and skill in manipulating files in both. Experience in guiding, mentoring and training to lower-level team others.
