Job Title: BPM Consultant Location: San Antonio TX, Dallas TX, Onsite 6months contract to hire Phone & Video interview Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM). 7+ years of experience in BPMN (Preferred) and Business Process Automation tools (e.g., Flowable, Camunda) with at least 5 years in designing/modeling end-to-end business processes and decision models using BPMN 2.0, CMMN or DMN modeling standards and executing them in Business Process Automation visual designers (e.g., Flowable, Camunda). Previous experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance preferred. Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Experience in process mining and data models to facilitate sophisticated analysis of process data using tools like Celonis. Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance.
