Title: IT Project Manager- Oracle EBS Location: New York, NY (Day1 Onsite) C2C Responsibilities: Lead medium to large development and implementation projects for global Employee Benefit applications at Mercer. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Analysts to plan and facilitate functional workshops across regions. Work with Technology leaders to ensure relevant project management processes, maintain project plans, and review change request processes. Manage complex project teams with resources in multiple country locations. Direct the delivery of change programs meeting stakeholder expectations on time, cost, and quality. Provide clear project status updates to Mercer business leadership, highlighting progress, change controls, issues, and mitigating plans. Apply advanced project management experience to stakeholder challenges, with Agile methodologies and scrum experience preferred. Key Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS implementations. Proficient in Agile delivery and governance processes. Ability to manage complex project teams with diverse skill sets. Advanced project management skills, including developing and overseeing project plans, managing resources, identifying and managing issues and risks, and preparing regular project status reports. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and decisions to stakeholders.
